Every time you use AI or index a document in Nomic. For example, when you run a code compliance check, perform a drawing review, ingest a new drawing, or execute a workflow, you use credits. Each API call consumes credits based on the operation type, configurations, and the number of sheets or pages processed.
- Each plan gives access an annual pool of credits for AI usage. Credits are used when your users run AI powered operations including data ingestion and AI model usage.
- Use your purchased Credits any time during your 12-month license for AI model usage, workflows or data indexing. Any file or document indexed with credits remains indexed for the entire license period.
- Credits are used when your project team members run AI workflows or index new project data. You can always purchase more credits at any point.
We'll help you right‑size your usage—either with add‑on credit packs or by moving to a plan with a higher annual credit allowance.
No. Once a page is processed with credits, it remains accessible for the duration of your platform license.
Nomic only charges credits for data you index or use with AI. While you will be able to see metadata from your Sharepoint, Egnyte, ACC or Bentley project files, you won't be charged unless you have explicitly indexed with Nomic. Start with one project or a certain file across all projects, then expand as you realize value.
